Membership shares:
Membership applies to the lifetime of the property and can be re-sold or inherited. To start with the re-sale of these rights will be handled by MAPROM, the Moroccan subsidiary of the ALAIN CRENN GROUP who have committed, under certain conditions, to re-purchase the rights for 80% of their list price if the real estate property is re-sold and there is no immediate buyer. The re-sale market will then become completely free once all 600 playing rights have been sold by MAPROM.
Membership:
The restriction to 600 playing rights guarantees that members will be able to play without having to reserve their games several days in advance. By purchasing a family membership right you enable your spouse and your children under 25 to become club members and benefit from all privileges.
The Samanah Golf Club:
As a member of Samanah Golf Club sports association you are guaranteed, privileged and unlimited access to this exceptional course all year round. As a member you can offer the tenants of your villa access to the course and it also means having access to the International Club of golf courses designed by Nicklaus Design®.
Access to the course is free for members who have priority up until the previous day of their game to reserve the tee-off. Their guests and tenants must pay a special-rate green fee. Samanah Golf Management reserves the right to continue to sell green fees to outside players as long as the number of members has not reached 450.
Membership shareholders at the Samanah Country Club are grouped together under the umbrella of the Samanah Golf Club Sports Association.
