
Samanah Golf Management Company is in charge of the administrative, financial, sporting and practical management of the golf course and establishes interior regulations in cooperation with the executive committee of the Samanah Golf Club Sports Association.
A convention signed between the two entities defines their respective roles, competencies and obligations. Samanah Golf Management makes the golf course and its facilities available to the Samanah Golf Club under the condition that the access is reserved in priority to hotel guests two hours per day.
Activities & Scope:
The sports association decides on the membership prerequisites and organises the sporting activity of the golf club for its members. It also organises events, tournaments and social evenings for its members.
Members:
Holders of playing rights become members of the Samanah Golf Club once the Executive Committee of the association has approved their application.
Each year they must pay an annual subscription to the association and a licence fee to Samanah Golf Management. They are then entitled to permanent and unlimited access to the playing areas, the Clubhouse and the golf course facilities. They have priority to reserve their tee-off up until the previous day.
Guests & Tennants:
Each Samanah Golf Club member receives 30 reduced-price invitations per year. In addition, the tenants of a villa owned by a club member may also access the golf course under certain conditions. The number of tenant green fees is limited according to the period (high, medium or low season) and the type of playing rights (individual / family) held by the villa owner.
