Golfing For Everyone, All Year Round:
Marrakech's hot and dry climate allows passionate golfers to play all year round. The period of sunshine is optimal, winters are mild and spring and autumn are summery. In July & August the very dry heat is eased by the cool nights.
The Samanah Country Club Golf course allows golfers of all ages and levels, both amateurs and professionals, to practice the sport in a quality setting suited to every type of game. It is an exceptional course, selective but without unnecessary traps which allows everyone to enjoy the challenge. Beginners can learn to play golf or to work on a specific part of their game and champions can fine-tune their technique while taming the terrain.
Practice Range:
Samanah Country Club drive range is a practice area covering 7 hectares, built to the same exceptional standard as the 18-hole course with a Bermuda grass teeing area stretching for over 200 meters. Its length of 350 meters allows even the long hitters to fully enjoy the driving range. The balls, presented in pyramids, will be Titleist NXT Tour brand.
Chip & Putt:
The Chip & Putt area is 9 holes focused on improving your game. It is devoted to approach shots, with very short par 3s (the longest is 70 meters). Very technical, this area allows beginners to learn all types of approach shots: putting, getting out of bunkers, rolled approaches, lobbed shots etc.
This 9-hole "chip and putt" was built according to the same standards as the large course at Samanah, with extremely fast greens. A stream crosses its entire width, complicating the player's task and making it even more challenging for all level golfers.
Night lighting allows golfers to use the Pitch & Putt area in the summer during the coolest hours, providing an amusing evenings entertainment for the whole family.
Academy:

One and a half hectares of land, inspired by the famous arrival area at hole number 13 of the Augusta Golf Course, has been adapted into a golf area. The "Amen Corner" is an exclusive island in the heart of the private resort reserved for a few privileged professionals and passionate golfers: only residents of Amen Corner will have access to it.
